a Starting comp call??

Hey everyone.
I have been recently wanting to get into comp calling, and try to get ready for this years waterfowl festival, but still need a comp call.  Not sure which one to get and I know there are hundreds out there. And I also don\'t have the money to get a top notch call. so Any help would be much appreciated!

Buck Gardner's Kryptonite is top notch and the loudest currently on the market it helped me take 5th runner up at the Worlds my first time there ...
Look on forums like Avery and others like Calling Ducks.com and look for used ones for sale at this point that would be your best bet...

RNT MVP, echo boss, BG Kryptonite are the top three right now. The MVP is my personal favorite but theyre all great calls. Go to a place where you can try all three and you will figure out which one you like.

Alright, Thanks guys.  I\'ll have to see if sportsmans warehouse carries those to try them out!

As far as I know Sportsmans only carries the Boss and the MVP but they do carry sme of Bucks calls so you never know they could have a Krypto. When you do go, bring a scissors a couple reeds and corks and a knife and tune each call to you as you never know whos been messing with em. most of the calls in those big stores are tuned weird. That MVP has won the worlds 3 years in a row now. Yeaaaaaaaah buddyB)
