I would first like to say I am a new member, but I have frequented this site since its beginning. Proud to say I am a church going Christian who also loves to hunt what the Good Lord has provided us. Disciple goose call. Box elder burl and acrylic. Antler band with engraving. John Deere has been in my family for over 80 yrs.
Ultrabrite Preacher duck call with Violet pearl insert (toneboard not finished in pic). This one goes to the swamp.
And the centerpiece to my collection. Custom Preacher. Had Mikey use Violet pearl with two bible inscriptions for the band. Violet because Jesus is the King of Kings. White pearl insert for the purity and sinless life he led. And the red representing the blood he shed. The barrel is pretty special too. It is made from olivewood from the City of Bethlehem, Israel. I have a certificate stating its authenticity. Hope you enjoy and thanks again to Mike for the beautiful job. (This one goes on the shelf.)
Another thanks to Shane for this wonderful site and getting me in touch with Buck for a Super Jesus Pocket Rocket call. Had one made with a Kryptonite barrel. My 10 yr. old son wanted it and after he made the comment to me " Dad that kryptonite color makes sense. Kryptonite might hurt the TV Superman, but we know it couldn't hurt the real Superman Jesus". Needless to say after that comment, my son wears the call on his lanyard now. But thats fine by me
