Well opening day was a sure pleasure for me hunting with the boys from "Mother-Tech" Marty and Jesse www.mothertech.net at North Sound Waterfowl www.northsoundwaterfowl.com in western WA.

We limited out and had a ball doing so as they were talked into surrender with Buck Gardner's Baby Buck , Pocket Rocket and Buck Brush!  We had the real treat of hunting over Marty's personal hand carved decoys that were true works of art! He had super magnum mallards and green wing teal in multiple head and body positions , greeter, no head feeder, resting and preening . They hand were painted with great detail I really enjoyed hunting over them....

My dog Stitch did real well I was so pleased she made her first straight b-line retrieve and we all got to witness it she continued to find  down birds in cover, I was so pumped!

Marty's dog a chocolate lab performed great and was so well behaved , between that and the great company of the "Mother-Tech" boys  the hunt was a sure pleasure...
