Well hi, this is a great site. I was on a goose shoot with a team of men last weekend, we got 97 brids (there was no limit ) but came away not happy as thay are not christians. I was looking for a new caller online and found this site which has encouraged me to attempt to start a new team based on christian fellowship and to mentor our sons and young men in the sport, this site has encouraged me to go for it, thanks

well guys as for me shooting 97 geese I only got 6 and the team had 14 members! only 27 birds were shot over decoys the rest are shoot by walking up tight valleys and glassing them, then stalking them. as for the meat most goes into salami cheers Russell

Hey NZ
Do you do any fishing? I really would like to go to New Zeland and catch some of those big queen fish(yellowtail) the biggest I have ever caught is in the 30s I can't imagine one up to 100lbs.

Russell From what I have heard you live, where some of the best saltwater fishing in the world takes place. Take your kids, and I'm sure you will have a great time. I watched a viedo form the Duck Commander that was filmed in New Zeland,is the limit on mallards really 50? And that paradise duck is one on the sharpest looking ducks I have seen(it was at the zoo)

hi criag yes 50 is the limet on mallard drake & hen in the Central South Island Fish & Game Region, there are 11 gamebrid species you can hunt in that area. In my home town region its 15 limit and we have 8 species to hunt so plenty of fun to be had. Russell
