Here is my meat routine. This is a prototype call. After worlds I started making some adjustments to our main st. call. I got that nailed and had an extra insert from the first insert I botched. I did some major adjustments to it and after a coulple days and nights of working on it and annoyed parents this is what I came up with. Never mind the routine itself but listen to the call.
