Thats cool man, I'm got a mallard at the taxi, but I want a pose of it's rear end curled up as it does just before it lands on water. I will post it up.

It could be that the image is too large.  Try opening the photo in "Paint" or some other similar program and shrink it down and save it.  Then try to up-load it again.  Or, the easier way is to open a photobucket or flicker account.  These are free.  You can up-load on to one of these sites, then copy the link address for the photo and paste it on here.  Hope this helps you.
