Anybody have helpful tips for doing the spit and train notes on a goose call? Mine are coming out like a moan kind of..I almost have the train but the tone is off a little. Thanks.

Well I have no idea what your skill level is but make sure you have a great cluck and moan first. So many want to move to more difficult notes when they should be focusing on mastering the basics.

Assuming you have that down, the spit note takes a bunch of practice. The train note is a spit with more voice. I suggest Scott Threinen\'s CD Bad Grammar for more detailed instruction, but it is a tahoo sound. If you want I can help you over the phone sometime. Also, check out goose talk on callingducks.com.
