Hope this helps. Think of blowing clear air through the call. What I mean by that is saying the words  "WHO WHO" consecutively through the call at if you where blowing on mirror or window to fog it up. "HAA HAA" works too. Don't grunt. Most people that I have found have trouble blowing a Spec because they don't know how to use their hands. Start out with your hand cupped all the way around the end choking the air. Next with your off hand place your finger tips between your finger tips of the call hand and your palm of your call hand. This should be enough space to make most calls works. Changing the distance from your finger tips and your palm will change the sound of the call, after you have this try "WHO WHO." Hope this helps.
