Saturday Morning we found ourselves hunting a wheat field on Kent Island on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
With around 300 hunters heading out on a guided hunt to around 50 different locations.
Shane Rossen and myself had the pleasure of meeting up and taking a crew to a wheat field right along the water.
after the hunt, we all headed back to Easton Church of God for a wild game feast and to hear some testimonies.
Bill Hughes, who started this annual event and runs it is up front speaking:
We had a great calling demonstration given by contest callers Mitch Hughes and Scott Threinen. Sorry I got so caught up in what these guys were doing that I didn't think to take their photo.
All, in all, it was great day that allowed us to enjoy both the creation and the Creator. Thanks to all who helped out in getting this event organized!
