How do you cut your own reeds? Do you free hand it, or stencil the old reed and cut that out? Also, do you cut with a knife or a scissors? Just wondering because I have a sheet of mylar..Thanks.

I would trace your old reed with a real sharp scissors but make sure you scrape off any burrs. Let me know how you do?

I did it. Traced my reed and cut 4 reeds. Put them in the call, cut them down a little and a slight dog ear......EXCELLENT!! It worked great!
