Could someone give me the low down on Buck Gardner calls?  I have used Echo, RNT and currently Custom Calls but I would like to know about BG Calls.

What kind of company is BG and how about their calls in comparison to others?  The spit tech work?

You will receive nothing but first class service from Buck Gardner calls! Spit-techs work awesome! As far as comp calls we have the loudest one on the market at the present time and pure duck on the bottom! The Kryptonite helped me capture the 2007 WA. State Title and the other Buck Gardner calls helped me capture 4 other titles this contest season!
Let me know if you have any detailed questions and I will do my best to answer them...

Oh wow do i have questions.  i want to be the best caller i can be.  i might not ever be able to be a state champion caller but i want to be the best i can be.  i have the honor of knowing and talking to Matt Haase (field staff from IN).  He is goign to teach me how to trim reeds for Duck and SHort Reed Goose Calls.

I will probably have a ton of questions as I learn how to do this.  So I guess your links on how to blow a duck/goose call .. is that the Buck Gardner methodology? Just wondering.

Also, I\'ve found that by usint the word \"Too-Uk\" I can make a goosey sound but when using \"Too-It\" it sounds well .. bad.  Any thoughts on that?  Is that wrong?

No it is not wrong there are many reference words that will produce the same thing.
You have to find the one that works for you.
Just learn the back pressure ,mouth cavity size and hand position to vary and create realistic varied goose tones..
Keep in mind our online instruction in callers corner is very basic but a good foundation to start from!
We will be getting more advanced tutorials in the near future..
